Intel Xeon E5-4660 v4 vs AMD EPYC 3251

The AMD EPYC 3251 is newer than Intel Xeon E5-4660 v4 @ 2.20GHz and is around -10% slower in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing. However the CPUs have comparable single-thread rating. Also, AMD EPYC 3251 uses substantially less power. All the CPUs in this comparison belong in the Server CPU Class.
